Whether it’s not getting clients results consistently, building your book of business (and having a full schedule), understanding how to build your “brand” and expert positioning, having a plan for growth and success and what to do daily/weekly/monthly when it comes to your business - you just can’t figure it out.
You love what you do and want to make a career out of it but it’s challenging to see yourself making the money you want and so you have your doubts.
When thinking about what you need to learn and which skills to build your head starts spinning, not knowing where to start, what’s most important, and who to listen to.
I get it, I was there too. I did it the hard way by making what felt like ALL the mistakes.
Many times I realized I learned a bunch of theory that didn’t work in the real world because it wasn't coming from the top coaches in the real world that have been there, done that, and are still doing it while adapting at light speed to the changing industry. Many times it was coming from people who were teaching but not living or doing it.
Coaches wear many hats and have to be great at switching those hats; from creating content (whether through social media, newsletters, articles, video, podcast), connecting with potential clients, doing assessments and strategy sessions (sales), writing programs for clients, creating marketing materials (whether its website copy, ads, “boots on the ground”, etc.), taking care of their own physical fitness, and then finding the time for learning to become better at their craft.
It’s a lot, and the last thing you want to do is waste your time learning BS that doesn't work in the real world.
With the right education, coaching, guidance and community (and let’s be real, putting in the work) you can become a Super Coach.
